Built into every visit
Every appointment ends with a styling lesson on your own pattern. Lily narrates what she is doing and why, products in hand, so the result is repeatable at your sink.
Lily Heier (Wright) grew up the only curly-haired member of her family and learned her own hair the hard way. Six years of specializing in texture later, she cuts curls in a studio of her own at Salon Lofts The Grove. The Wright in the name is hers, and the pun is intended.

Lily · Loft 15, Salon Lofts The Grove
Lily is the owner and only stylist at Curls Done Wright, a curly hair studio in Loft 15 at Salon Lofts The Grove in St. Louis. She has spent six years specializing in curly hair, cutting wavy, curly, and coily patterns dry and teaching every client an at-home routine.
Nobody in Lily’s family had hair like hers. No one at home could explain curl pattern or shrinkage, no one knew which products to buy, and for years she felt clueless about the hair on her own head. Most curly people know that feeling. She built a specialty on ending it.
So texture became the career, not a module within it. For six years her entire practice has been curls: wavy, curly, and coily, adults and kids, every head treated as its own case. She cuts dry, curl by curl, because curls do not lay the same wet as they do dry, and she shapes every curly cut around the patterns on your individual head.
Lily spent years on the floor of The Curl Sanctuary, a dedicated curly salon in Creve Coeur, cutting curls full time. At the turn of 2026 she opened a studio of her own: Loft 15 at Salon Lofts The Grove, one chair in a private suite on Chouteau Avenue. Her clients rebooked and crossed the metro with her, because a specialist you trust is worth the drive.

Salon Lofts The Grove lists exactly one stylist working with Innersense Organic Beauty, and it is Lily. She chose the line for how it treats texture and stayed a student of it: in 2025 she attended Innersense training alongside other St. Louis curl specialists.
The same products work through every appointment, from the detox and deep conditioning treatment to the finish, so what happens in the chair is built from what your curls will actually meet at home.
The shelf, and the chair, are in Loft 15. Directions, booking, and her text line are on the contact page.

Her bio puts it plainly: “I educate my clients on how to take care of their curls at home so that they can love their hair both in and out of the salon.”

The Customized Curl Styling Lesson ($150+) is a bookable appointment of its own, for anyone who wants the routine without waiting on a cut. The full story lives on the curl education page.
New clients leave with four full sized products, the same ones used on their curls in the chair. The routine taught that day is the routine waiting at home.
