What does this policy cover?
Curls Done Wright LLC collects only what it needs to run this website: the details you type into the contact form and basic visitor analytics from a first-party pixel. Booking happens on Salon Lofts, a separate service with its own policy. Nothing collected here is ever sold.

This Privacy Policy explains how Curls Done Wright LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit https://curls.localcraftdigital.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. We keep the data we collect to what we need to answer your inquiry and improve the Site, and we do not sell it.
Who runs this website
Our website is designed and maintained for us by LocalCraft Digital, which also provides the Site’s hosting, contact-form delivery, and first-party visitor analytics described below. LocalCraft Digital processes this information on our behalf, as our service provider, and does not sell it or use it for its own advertising.
Information you give us
When you send a message through the form on our contact page, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and your message. That submission is delivered to us through LocalCraft Digital’s processing, which runs on Vercel for hosting and Resend for email delivery. We use it only to respond to you, help with the service you asked about, and keep a record of the request.
Information collected automatically
The Site uses a first-party analytics pixel (served from localcraftdigital.com by our web partner, LocalCraft Digital) so we can understand how visitors use the Site and which pages lead to inquiries. When you browse the public pages, it records:
- pages you view and the links and buttons you click, including phone and text taps;
- when you submit a form on the Site;
- the page you arrived from (referrer) and the address of the pages you visit;
- your browser and device type (from the user-agent your browser sends);
- an approximate location (country and city) derived from your IP address;
- a randomly generated session identifier used to group a single visit.
This analytics pixel does not follow you across other websites, does not build an advertising profile, and is not used for third-party ad targeting.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses a small amount of browser storage to hold the session identifier described above so a single visit can be measured accurately. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block or clear browser storage in their settings; the Site will still work if you do.
Booking through Salon Lofts
Appointments with Lily are booked through the Salon Lofts scheduler, a third-party service we do not operate. Any information you enter there, including appointment details, is collected and handled by Salon Lofts under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review before booking.
The map on our contact page
Our contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find Loft 15 at Salon Lofts The Grove, 4001 Chouteau Ave. When that map loads, Google may collect information about your visit under Google’s own privacy policy. The map is for directions only; we do not receive personal information from it.
How we use your information
- to respond to your inquiries and help with the curl services you ask about;
- to follow up about a request you submit;
- to understand Site usage and improve our content and pages;
- to detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions;
- to comply with our legal obligations.
How your information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- LocalCraft Digital, our website, hosting, analytics, and form-delivery provider, which stores form submissions and analytics for us and emails new inquiries to us;
- Service providers that power those functions, including our hosting provider (Vercel) and our transactional email provider (Resend), which process the data only to deliver the service;
- authorities or others when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
Data retention
We keep form submissions and inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and for our ordinary business and legal record-keeping, and analytics data for a limited period to measure Site performance. You can ask us to delete information about you at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
How we protect your information
The Site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to stored submissions is limited to us and our service provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of follow-up contact, by emailing us at lillian.wright@salonlofts.com or texting (618) 971-1075. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor those rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; when a child gets a curly cut, the appointment and any messages come from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites and services we do not control, including Salon Lofts, Instagram, and Facebook. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
